Building on 5-years of experience with Mud Pies Preschool we’ve opened a 2nd location down the road: Sunflower Preschool! This website has some details.

Everyone comes and goes through the orange door.
The Play Hive: a cozy fort on the inside; mini picnic platforms on the outside.
The play yard as viewed from the entrance, with a lawn and bark chips galore. Plus shade/rain devices.

The play yard with cycle track and sandbox.
Sandbox test: yup, sandy! (Photo taken during the first week before we had built out the other features.)
The lower play room (also the entrance, where we keep cubbies for shoes and jackets)

Lots of diapering, toilet learning, and hand washing happens in here.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there room for my child?

We are currently pausing enrollment. We technically could allow a couple more three-year-olds, but we want to first build out our systems, space, team capacity. Plus we want to give time to the current incoming children to get acclimated to our scene.

Can I tour?

See our calendar page. Next tour: Saturday May 17, 10-11:30am. It’s casual with Meredith and her two children.

Will Sunflower Preschool be a part of Preschool for All?

Yes, we hope! We will apply for the 2025-26 school year.
